How confidential will my request be?
We always treat your enquiry with discretion, understanding and confidentially.
All information you provide us will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
How much do you charge?
The cost will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the enquiry, along with the specialist equipment that may be required.
Our charges are normally based on an hourly rate, plus expenses. For some types of work we may be able to agree a fixed price with you.
We never start the investigation before agreeing a budget with you.
How am I able to pay?

Is Jigsaw Investigations qualified?
At the time of writing there is no requirement in the UK for individuals or businesses to have a licence to conduct private investigations. In 2001 the Private Security Industry Act introduced the option for licensing. It has yet to be introduced for private investigators.
